Hi! I'm planning on building a new pc and I have already decided to buy the cpu (i5-7600k) and the gpu (geforce gtx 1060 6gb), and I dont know yet which ram I'm going to buy, but i want 2x8 ddr4 and 2133 Mhz or more. My question is, which motherboard fits me the best? I want to overclock both the cpu and the ram, and im not planning on having 2 gpu's.

Solution
well go for the Z270 boards the Asus Strix Z270 Gaming or ,E, there are other variants too will serve you well depends on the budgets
I am a asus Fan so suggesting Asus motherboards but i have heard that the MSI boards are also good so look on that too

Any good Z board would do. I would personally go for Asus motherboards too.

Budget is a major factor here and I too think the Asus STRIX Z270-E Gaming is a good choice. With that price you also get WiFi connectivity. Has bulky VRM heat sinks and back panel cover, might conflict with water cooler/case mounting if any.

Also overclocking for overclocking's sake is OK as a standalone experience but it wouldn't really impact the gaming performance of the GTX 1060 if that is one of your concerns/reasons for overclocking as well.
