Which Motherboard goes with my build?

I have a Cougar Panzer Max and need a LGA1366 Motherboard for my Xeon X5660, and X5675. I have 9x PC3 Ram 4gb, and 2x 16 gb PC3l Ram. I have a RX 580(so i need PCIE x16). Please suggest a board as fast as possible.

You're not going to be able to be picky, I'm afraid. The LGA 1366 platform has been obsolete for years. What is available on the used market (ex. ebay) may be all you can find now. I just sold my Asus P6T 1366 board yesterday. The high end boards are going for a premium price since they are scarce. Weren't that many of them made. That platform didn't stay around long.
