I've worked with both brands mentioned above. I'd get the ASRock board out of the two since the M.2 slots are done right there. MSI tends to mess up on SATA and PCIe allocation with regards to the M.2 slots.
Please keep in mind that you will need to update the BIOS prior to working with the Ryzen 5 5600G. Why not just pick out a B550 chipset board?
