Which motherboard is best to overclock a Ryzen 5 2600?

Hi everyone, I'm going to be upgrading most of the parts in my gaming PC and I'm thinking of doing a Ryzen build with the 2600, and also plan on boosting it to 3.9 Ghz.

The motherboards I'm currently looking at are:
1. Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming
2. Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro Wifi
3. Gigabyte x470 Aorus Ultra Gaming

I've heard some things about the Gigabyte B450 putting a cap on the VRM so you can't overclock past a certain point, but is that relevant in my case? (Pun intended ;D)
