Which Motherboard is Best?

Im choosing between the Asus ROG Strix Z370 Gaming-E And Gigabyte Aorus Z370 Gaming 5. And i will be running an i5 8600k

They are both very good motherboards. I am personally a Gigabyte fan and would recommend that one. I love the products they make and always are reliable.

It comes with lots of connectivity options, overclocking potential with lots of power phases and features like superior audio codec with headphone amps, bluetooth and wifi.

I fully agree with you gigabyte have a very good reputation for it's products but ive heard som misrable things about the vrm temps

Ok well i will be buying it in sweden since i live here and the price diffrence is not alot Asus = $ 310 and Gigabyte = $300 and i dont know which one will be the most optimal solution. ( Also im very sorry if im pressing your post up or down it's my first time)

Yeah, they both will be very good. It is true though that the gigabyte mother board has not been tested for comparison. I think its really your decision, pick one and see if you like it, I dont think you'd notice the difference between either one.

Get the Asus board. It has proved to be much better value for the last 2 generation with the Strix E gaming Z170 and Z270. Very good bang for buck with good quality and features.

I stopped buying Asus crap for myself years ago. Usually overpriced for what you get or trying to have their gimmick software as a selling point.

Asus has served me and many of the builds I have assisted in my years of pc building flawlessly.
I usually avoid ASRock as their build quality is not as good as Asus.

Very funny but just a difference in opinions. Because I know you can't back that statement up with facts.
I have 2 builds with that board with 0 problems.
Asus was at one time a good company to me but not any longer.

No need for backing anything. ASRock and TomsHardware forums have plenty of those deliberations. Other tech forums as well.
But I am not going into this discussion, as it has been done to death. I am sure OP can do some research before making a call.

Same here, zero problems and I use them on almost all the rigs I build.
