Which motherboard to choose and why: MSI H270 GAMING M3 or ASRock Fatal1ty H270 Performance?

I vote MSI without even looking at specs. It's my preference when choosing manufacturers in general and I don't like ASRock at all (and completely steer clear of them including when building a low budget system for customers).
