Question Which motherboard is better

Basically for doing Internet stuff and playing The Sims games, which motherboard of these two would be better do you all think? Don't have details on processors on them though, but they do come with one already on the board, sorry.

A motherboard has little to no effect on system performance. Without knowing the rest of the components it's impossible to say which would be better.

Ah, I thought maybe one would be inherently better than the other one perhaps based on what the motherboard could have in it at a minimum, or something along those lines.
