Which motherboard pin is + and which is-?

What mother board pin is positive and which is negative? For the other ones it is + on left and - on right. The motherboard manual does not say which one is + and which is -. Which do I plug the positive into and which one do I plug the negative into?

Plug in the PLED pins

Generally the side that's labeled "pled" goes facing out, and the side that's got visible contacts on it goes facing in (towards the other row of pins.)
