So I'm just about ready to start ordering parts for my ryzen build, ill be getting either a 1700, 1700x, or 1800x, depending on my budget in the next month (decided not to go with a 7800x just because of the expense), I don't plan on doing a lot of overclocking, but I might dabble in it a little, not really sure yet.
(Yes, I know the 1800x is just an overclocked 1700, I know this, but If I don't plan on overclocking I would like the clock speed to be higher on its own rather than me having to play with bios and risk burning something out.)
The two motherboards I am looking at are ASRock Fatal1ty X370 Professional Gaming vs ASRock Taichi
From what it looks like the Fatal1ty is just a beefed up Taichi but I don't know the preformance differenses in things like gaming, and workstation related tasks, I don't plan on setting up a 2 way sli but it might happen in the future
Thanks
