Which NAS for family use

I have read many Reviews and currently have a Netgear stora 2x2GB in Raid. It has done VERY well for last 4 yrs but due to having a 13yr old listening to music (feels like 24hours a day), my partner watching movies off it and me working (reading and writing to it). I am looking for a new one that i can still access remotely if not at home and can deal with the stress of multi tasking.

Would like to keep below £250 for the No Disk NAS


What would you people recommend and why?? have already be recommenced a few which put poll down for.
