Which newer chip would work in a HP XW 4400?

We have an HP XW4400 and were wondering if we could put a newer Intel chip in it. Would anyone have any suggestions please? Thank you

For your Intel 975X Express chipset, this processor is better than yours. Though honestly it isn't really worth it, i'd recommend you to get a new motherboard and processor.
