Consider the ones in bold. And heres a breakdown of the 4.
MSI: Great overclocker, mid range core clock, great cooling, no backplate.
Gigabyte G1 Gaming: Mild Overclocker, best cooling solution, high core clock speed, backplate included.
ASUS Strix: Best overclocker in the 900 series, Mild Core clock speed, mild cooling solution, backplate included.
EVGA: Mild/low Overclocker, Extremely High Core Clock speeds, mild cooling solution, backplate sold seperatly.

It all comes down to personal preference. Choose a card in which will work best for you.

I went with the Gigabyte G1 Gaming, and I love it.

how is this card 4096 MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 PHANTOM ? what's so special about it ?

Personally I use EVGA. I find their customer service to be the best, and their cards are the most reliable. The only time one has died on me was when my little brother spilled water all over my PC. I also have had the best luck with overclocking with EVGA, I killed 2 MSI 760's and a Gigabyte all by overclocking.
