Which Nvidia Kepler has the best OC ability??

I ma wondering which Vendor provides not only a good Overclock and cooling such as a DCUII or Evga ACX...But I would like to know which ones have the abilty to unlock the voltage...

unlocked voltage is one thing, but that is not always necessary as the OC software tends to do that automatically as you increase the core/memory clock speed.

Asus DirectCU II offer arguably the best air cooling solution for GPU's right now, though everyone has different verdicts. If you want the best by far, you can get GPU water block coolers which do a much better job at cooling the GPU's once OC'd, but Asus's DCUII and other cooled models will also do fine to a substantial degree.

OK...Thanks..i guess. Ah..the only one I could find is the MSI Lightning Graphics cards for Nvidia Kepler GPUs. I only ask Because I am a bit dissapointed in the Power Ultilization of the GTX 680 which I use. I understand now that All Kepler GPUs are Voltage Locked by default and have power limits as well. So in EVGA precsion The Power Target can go up to 106%. But There is only one game which ever even came remotely close and that is Crysis 3..which is is CPU bound maybe more so than GPU. I have seen the power reach about 90%. Most demanding games like Far CRy 3 or Battlefield 3 Can get up to 80% and the rest I play are 50-75%. I can't overvolt with MSI AB but EVGAX does allow to get to the default Voltage which is 1.212v otherwise it is 1.870v. Plus I did not exactly fair tha well in the Silcon lottery. I can only get about 100MHz on the core clock and I have not really pushed the Memory that much yet so about 150MHZ is fine. I feel as though There is more this Card can do....If the Voltage and power were higher than I could get a higher frequency and then better utilization of my Graphics CArd. After all I did pay wel over $400 early last year for it.

MSI lightning is a very good GPU cooler indeed, in a way it could be called better then DCUII, reason being their tri frozr cooler has exceptionally good heat dissipation.
