I got a GTX1070 also , i think the samsung one does not have embedded speakers , is that true?
Lastly i've heard AOC's customer supp is bad , is that also true ?

I'd pick the Samsung. Regardless of if it has speakers or not, it's always a good idea to have a dedicated audio output like a good set of speakers or a pair of headphones. Speakers bundled in a monitor are often lackluster.
