Which do you think will be the better choice? 1st or 2nd? Old games will be played in these builds (League of Legends and World of Warcraft mostly). Do you think the integrated graphics of the new i3 can handle those games even at medium settings and a 1366×768 resolution monitor? Thanks!

First build will do you much better for what you want it for.

The integrated graphics from that i3: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Intel+HD+4400 is below the standard for 3D gaming so, no... No medium settings even at that resolution.
