I am in need of a flex atx power supply for a mini itx case. Here is my build (nothing overclocked):
i5-6600K
Zotac GTX 1060 6GB Mini
2TB 2.5" HDD
128GB 2.5" SSD
16GB RAM
WiFi chip
No front-usb ports, just motherboard

Which one of these power supplies has the best reliability for power surges and has the most suitable amperage for each voltage rail?

Solution
FSP 500W Platinum FSP500-50FSPT is the winner.

The combined +12V continuous rail capacity is the most important spec.

Newegg's specs for the Solid Gear SDGR-FLXB-400's output are completely wrong. You can check the correct specs for that PSU here by clicking on the Spec tab: http://www.solidgearusa.com/en/product_4/97/
