Which of these Laptop processors is best?

Currently I'm buying a laptop that will mostly be used for business management (including web surfing, word processing etc.) and CAD Modelling to more occasional stuff like Photoshop and video-editting. At times these softwares will be run simultaneously. The HDD/RAM specifications I've set for myself are:

1TB HDD
8GB RAM (DDR4 preferred, but I'm fine with DDR3)

All the laptops I've identified (within my budget) already meet these requirements. As a result, it basically comes down to the CPU/GPU combination. Now I'm in a bit of a dilemma between the few Intel and AMD processors that are available on the laptops I've selected. I basically need help with identifying overall which processors from the list below will be best for computational processing, graphics processing and Overall (Best CPU/GPU Combo). Here are the processors:

AMD A9-9410 (dual core)
AMD A8-7410 (quad core)
AMD A10-8700P (quad core)
AMD E2-7110 (quad core)
Intel Core i5 7200U
Intel Core i3 7100U

Hey guys help me out here!

I know for single-threaded tasks, more cores won't make much difference but rather few cores and higher frequency will. But tasks like rendering will benefit from more cores. I don't render a lot, it's more of the workflow I need to speed up so it doesn't matter so a faster dual core better than a quad core. But I know that the AMD ones offer better GPU processing, which may be something to consider with things like CAD Modelling. But overall the conflict is between the i5 7200U and the AMD processors, both of which are found in laptops (acer mainly) at the same price. I just want 3 choices, 1 for best processing, 1 for best graphics processing and 1 choice that offers the overall best of both worlds. The selected processor for each must be from the choices above.

Also, The AMD A9-9410 seems to be faster and better in almost everything in comparison to i5 7200U, except for i5 has hyper-threading. What I want to know is that why is it still ranked much lower than i5 7200U on many websites and also in discussion of other threads on Tom's Hardware. Also, pretty much all the AMD processors come with a turbo option, so let me know if that could make a difference in the final selection.

Can we do a little ranking like this:

Best computing processor:

Best Overall processor:

...

Keep in mind I'll be doing 3D CAD Modelling, which although isn't too intense, still requires you to have a good processor and especially reasonable graphics processing. And that's just about the most intense thing I'll do on it. As for multi-tasking, the most I'd do is a CAD program (like SolidWorks), running with Photoshop and a web-browser with like 30 tabs simultaneously. And this is going to be a rare situation but I'm putting it out there as the "maxmium" or the most stressful I can make it for the processor, practically.

Guys I have to purchase this laptop today, I really am short on time, please any final rankings/help would be appreciated. Right now dudeman said i5 7200u is best. But my question is still that given my post above, will it be the best overall and will its graphics processing be at par or better/worse than the processors in the list? If I can get a ranking of my processor choices as demonstrated in the post above, I'd be pretty happy. I have a strong overall idea, but I just need a bit more of an idea from what you guys know. Thanks.

The A10 is A10-8700P. I used CPU benchmark/CPU Boss as well. It seems A10 8700P is best graphics wise and i5 7200U is best processing wise. However, the A10 can be taken up to 3.2 GHz so I was thinking wouldn't then the A10 be able to perform better? Also i5 has a 14nm architecture where as A10-8700P has a 24nm architecture, how big of a difference would this make energy/performance wise? Lastly, on my list was also the A9 9410 processor, which seems to out do the i5 7200u in most specs other than that it doesn't seem to have the hyperthreading that i5 offers. Would this still make the i5 better?

It's a trade-off. It's down to what you want to prioritize more. One isn't really better than the other.
The A10 is more energy efficient(~30%) and has better integrated graphics.
The I5 has a higher base clock and can handle more operations at once.

Just avoid the AMD laptop processors unless they are based off the new Ryzen architecture. They're slow, they're power-inefficient, and they make a lot of heat.

Based off your demand for the processor, I honestly think you should be looking to a 4-core Intel chip like an i5-8250u or i5-7300HQ. My work laptop has an i7-6600u (high-clocked 2-core w/ HT) and it struggles with productivity applications like ArcGIS Pro, heavy web browsing, and CAD. The GPU isn't the issue; it just runs out of CPU power (yet it's still faster than the AMD chips listed here).

You can't directly compare clock speed like this outside of similar CPUs in the same family (it's been a minimum of 15 years since this was a remotely useful shortcut). The Intel outperforms the AMD at the same clock. The A9 is also considerably worse as trading two cores for clock speed is not useful for your purposes; I wouldn't buy the A9 over the A10, let alone over the i5.

All right guys I think we're near a conclusion. Firstly, those suggesting for a quad core i5 and more expensive processors, those are beyond my budget. My options are all pretty much limited to the processors I've listed.

So from what I've been reading, the 8700P has pretty good graphics but they're not much better than the i5-7200U (and I won't be gaming at all, most intense task I'd do is CAD Modelling; multitasking would be CAD+PowerDirector+browser with many tabs). Processing wise, even though i5 is dual core, it seems that it would be the best out of the bunch. Lastly, I've been reading about heating issues and battery life with the AMD-A10 8700P and similar processors. Given 2 laptops with same specs/battery, one with A10-8700P and other with i5-7200U, how would each fair between recharges?

And lastly, how would i3-7100U fair in this battle? From what I've researched it would not be as good as i5 but should still be better than the A10s. If all this is correct, then I guess my first choice will be i5-7200U and second i3-7100U.

A final ranking in to 3 things that matter to me the most: Processing, Graphics, Battery Life

Processing: Goes to dual-core i5 7200U and i3 7100U over AMD's dual or quad core options (A10s or A9s)
Graphics: Goes to AMD's A10s with slight edge, but the i5s/i3s 7200u/7100u have caught up to a similar level
Battery Life: Goes to i5/i3 7th gen due to their newer architecture and low TDP

So final overall conclusion: i5 7200U > i3 7100U > A10-8700P, A10-9600P > A9-9410, A9-9420

If most people agree with this, then I'm set.
