Which of these laptops should I get?

I will be using it for gaming and design work(Photoshop, indesign, illustrator etc) and video editing.

I already have a gaming computer so I'm getting a more powerful laptop to replace the one im currently on for when im on the go. Im on a budget so these two laptops are probably the best bang for my buck. These two laptops are around the same price(even the 4gb model) so im wondering if you guys can see any other major differences that might put one of them over the other?

The V3 has a skylake CPU in it, so that will help a little with performance and battery life. The V3 has better chassis quality than the E5 too, but it also only has a 768p screen where the E5 has a 1080p which may be preferable for your objectives. You can also get an IPS 1080p replacement screen for either from laptopscreen.com if you feel it's not good enough. There is also an Acer with a quad i7/940m on Newegg that pops up every few weeks for $500-600 when it's in stock. This would be your best bet for editing purposes over the dual core CPU's in the other models.
