Question Which of these NVMe SSD's should I buy for my HP Omen 15 laptop?

Hello,
I have an HP Omen 15 laptop with AMD Ryzen 7 CPU and RTX3060 GPU. It has 32 GB DDR4 RAM installed and supports PCIe 4.0 generation.
I was going through a list of good NVMe SSD's for my laptop and shortlisted two SSD's as below:

What I am looking for is consistent read/write speed as much as possible because I am a content creator and a casual gamer at the same time. For content creation, I need the consistency in read/write speed. Also, I want to avoid thermal throttling as much as possible (my laptop has a heatsink for the empty SSD slot).
Can you please recommend me the best NVMe SSD out of these two?
If you have any other suggestion within this budget, please let me know. I am ready to consider any better alternatives.
