Question Which of thse would you recommend, the ASRock Z790M-ITX or GIGABYTE B760I? (Edit to also add: ASUS ROG Strix B760-I Gaming.)

I'm not overclocking or anything but prefer having an spdif output. I see the ASRock Z790M-ITX has a lot more reviews than the GIGABYTE B760I AORUS PRO. I don't see much difference in the two. The Gigabyte is $40 cheaper so there's that. Is one a better choice then the other?

Edit: My last itx build was an ASUS ROG STRIX B460-I GAMING
which had header for spdif and I added a bracket which worked out ok. So while I would prefer the spdif on board, the new ASUS ROG Strix B760-I Gaming also has that header, if the Asus would be better than t he other two could go with it instead.

If it has everything you need, go for the cheaper B760.
Looks like it even has marginally better power stage.

I added the ASUS ROG Strix B760-I Gaming which has a header for spdif. Do you think the Asus is any better than the other two? My last build was an ASUS ROG STRIX B460-I GAMING and it also had only the header but has been a reliable motherboard.

Where can I find specs on the power stage? Wondering if the board could support i7-14700K?
