Question Which one do i choose

Hi, im looking to buy a new pc for gaming in my country and i have narrow it down to two options.

Option 1 : rm3400 ($850)
Intel i5 9400f
Asus Prime b360m-k
Kingston 8gb x2 ddr4 2666mhz
Wd blue 1tb
Gigabyte 240gb sata ssd
Sharkoon v1000 matx window
Fsp hydro 500w 80+ bronze
Asus rtx 2060 turbo 6gb

Option 2 : rm3200 ($800)
Intel i5 9400F
Asrock B365M Phantom gaming 4
8GB *2 2666MHZ RAM
GALAX RTX2060 6GB

XPG SX8200 PRO 256GB NVME
FSP HYPERK 600W POWER SUPPLY
INVASION H1 MATX CASE

The 1st option has better aftermarket customer service for the items (free rma including pickup, free lifetime dusting etc) incase anything happens and is only 10 minutes away from me

Option 2 is a shop i just stumbled upon while searching the web for options and is around an hour from me

The customer service may be worth it if you aren't the type that enjoys working and tinkering with your pc. It may come down to that, or which one you like the looks of better.
