sometimes will buy SeaSonic S12II 520 is it worth buying because antec is 550watts

seasonic s12ii 520 because thats a high quality psu and the others are not

The Antec vp550 can deliver 444w on the +12v rails where graphics cards and the cpu needs it.
By comparison, the Seasonic 520w unit can deliver more at 480w.
Seasonic is generally considered as the best quality psu.
Antec next, corsair last.

Your GTX960 will work fine with 430w.
