Personally, I'm a fan of EVGA GeForce cards. The 960 4GB SSC is in your price range. The 4GB of VRAM gives you an advantage over the conventional 2 in GTX 960's. Clock speeds and fill rates are also pretty good for the price. It also has a built in cooling system with their ACX 2.0 cooling. Just make sure you can get the hot air from the GPU fans out of the case. Check it out: https://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=04G-P4-3967-KR

The FTW version of the card is also a powerhouse. It has the same VRAM with higher clock speeds. I use the FTW version of the GTX 980 in my system and I love it.

I don't know how much they retail for in India but your looking at a gtx 960 or r9 380!! Have a look at the graphics card guide from toms for more info! These card sit at mid to high end and perform well at FHD resolution with Max settings! Out of the two the r9 380x outperforms!
