Which one i choose ?

My guess is that your psu is of poor quality and should be replaced.
If it does not include a 6 pin pcie power adapter needed by the 6670, it does not have the extra power to let you use adapters.
Likely, the best card you could use would be a GTX750. which is stronger anyway.
The danger with a cheap psu is not that it does not have the power(and cheap units do not deliver power on the +12v rails where today's cpu and graphics cards need it) The danger is if the psu fails under high load, it will not have the protective circuitry to protect your other parts from damage.

A $15 psu can not be any good at all.
