Which One I Should Keep For Gaming

Build 1:
i7-3820 (Watercooled)
Asus Rampage IV GENE
16gb Corsair Vengeance DDR3
GTX 780 x2 (SLI)
SSD + HDD

Build 2:
i5-6500 (Stock heatsink)
Gigabyte h110m
16gb Hyper X DDR4
AMD RX 480
SSD + HDD

Thinking of using one mainly for gaming but can't decide which one to keep

The 480 is much better than the 780, and sli is dying, almost no new games support it well anymore

Go for the build 2 because it has a better GPU, a better CPU. It also has an 1151 type motherboard which means there is more room for upgrades in the future. Both builds have 16GB memory but go for the DDR4 as it is better and can be upgraded. Build 1 is watercooled which means it will be quieter and cooler, but the overall specs means it's gonna have a much worse performance compared to build 2.

Swap the watercooling from Build 1 to Build 2, then keep that hybrid

Scrap that, its a Non K processor, sorry missed that.

Keep build 2.
