Which one is best??

Hey everyone,
I wanted to ask you all that which one will be the best among these two r5 2400g(vega 11) and i3 8100(gt 1030 gddr5).
Any answers will be appreciated.

Those 2 are so close together in performance... Just get whichever's cheaper - the 2400g.
The igpu on the 2400g performs at about the same level as the 1030, and the difference in the 2 cpus is a moot .1Ghz(8100 can turbo to 4.0, the 2400g to 3.9). Side by side, you won't notice the difference.

If i combine both the cpus with gtx 1060 3gb later on will i be able to see difference in the performance.

Roughly the same performance with the 1060 GTX 3GB version with the Intel winning some and RYzen winning some..Just factor in your budget and choose the best option. Intel is a little better on RAM as the cheapest DDR4 will do but if you can afford better and faster RAM then the Ryzen 2400 will certainly make use of it providing a little more performance...choices choices..

Nope. Pretty much the same in performance. Just get whichever's cheaper.

I forgot to mention about Ryzen's preference to faster ram it(it does best with 3000mhz or higher). Due to that, a Ryzen build may not be automatically cheaper than the Intel one.
