Which one would be better for my PC!

RAM: 4GB DDR2

Solution
I would go with the R7 240, but bear in mind that you're processor may bottle neck it's performance, as it's way below the recommend. You should consider swapping to a Ryzen 3 2200G which will provide similar gaming performance for the meantime, but when you switch to a dedicated gpu won't bottleneck it. Note though, this would require a new motherboard and ram. I realize you may not be able to afford this, but save up for now to do this in the future instead of throwing a gpu at a slow cpu problem.
