Which one is better for OC the CPU / Sabertooth vs V Formula-Z

Im thinking of upgrade my motherboard from Asus m5A99x to either Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z or Asus Sabertooth AMD 990FX Chipset can anyone tell me the difference in them especially in overclocking? Ill be using an fx 8350, if i wish to overclock this CPU with watercooling or Corsair H100 with each of those motherboard what is likely to be the difference? also there is about £50 difference is it worth the difference in price to get the V Formula-Z ?

I got the formula Z a couple of days ago. It is easy to overclock on that beast. Looks badass as well.

I'm over 4.7 easy on my NEW Sabertooth.

Get the tooth.

Using the Phanteks PH-TC14PE to cool it.

Get the Corsair h100i.

On my ASROCK 990FX Extreme 9 I'm at 5.1 ghz.Here's my setup:

FX8350 \ 5.1GHZ. \ 1.384 VOLTS

Phanteks PH-TC14PE with Scythe Slipstream 110 CFM fans attached.

My target is 4.8, with sabertooth and water cooling which wil be better than H100, 4.8ghz to 5ghz should be easy to reach or will it depend if i got a good fx 8350 chip too?
