Which one is better?

I was wondering which one of these computers is actually better and also better value for money?

Personally I would go with the second one.

The first one has a marginally faster CPU.

The second one has a much better graphics card, bigger HDD, It's cheaper. And comes with 3 games.

It you wanted to, it would be best to build your own PC, then it would have exactly what you need.

Also 16GB of RAM is far too much. And it's only 1333MHz. You really want at least 1600Mhz

For gaming get the VIBOX Complete 3 (the second link you posted).

The Radeon R9 280X graphics card has about 3X the performance of a GeForce GTX 650 graphics card.

Go with the second one. However you could have a much better computer for the cost of it if you just built one yourself.
Also note that both of these still needs an OS.
