They both are somewhat same in perfomance however gigabyte takes a bit of lead in clock speed
so gigabyte is my preference due to its reliability, perfomance and durability

will it fit in this case NZXT h440 razer edition
and will a 750 or 850w power supply be enough for sli ?

NZXT H440 is a large cabinet and it can engulf up anything inside it except a DVD writer
so yes basically it will fir inside the cabinet
for power supply and 850W is my recommendation becuase you must leave 100-120W room for Overclocking
