Which GPU is better the
MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 TI GAMING X 4G
or the
ASUS CERBERUS-GTX1050TI-O4G?

1468MHz | 1392MHz - GPU TURBO (Higher is better though you can change it in afterburner)

229mm | 241.3mm - WIDTH (MSI is 12.3mm narrower)

131mm | 129.5mm - HEIGHT (Asus is 1.5mm shorter)

Rest is all the same. It's mostly personal preference really.

Update: Personally I would go for the MSI 1050Ti
