which one is the best power supplyfor my rig?

Since you have an Intel Haswell build go with the Super Flower SF-600P14XE(HX). It's based on a modern DC-to-DC circuit design whereas the Seasonic S12-II Bronze 620W is based on the old group regulated circuit design.

You see group regulated circuit designs used for low end budget model PSUs.

DC-to-DC circuit designs are more expensive so you'll see it used in all high end PSUs.
