it is hard to make choiceon which one becaue the all of the are on tier 2 list but the superflower are 80+Gold and the seasonic are 80+Bronze so which one should i take? http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Both Seasonic and Super Flower make great products so you can't go wrong with any of those. Get whichever is cheapest.

Since you have an Intel Haswell build go with the Super Flower SF-600P14XE(HX). It's based on a modern DC-to-DC circuit design whereas the Seasonic S12-II Bronze 620W is based on the old group regulated circuit design.

You see group regulated circuit designs used for low end budget model PSUs.

DC-to-DC circuit designs are more expensive so you'll see it used in all high end PSUs.
