Prob the RX470 is the strongest. The 960's would be about 40% less performance than the RX470. Roughly same with GTX1050.

I'll be honest with you, none of those cards are power houses by modern day standards. Even last gen gaming consoles (PS4/XBOne X) are more powerful in some aspects.

Now with all the shortages, it's a terrible time to buy a graphics card. If anyone is trying to charge you more than $100 for a used 4GB RX470, I would just walk away. I paid $140 for a RX580 with 8Gigs NEW just over a year ago.

You're missing the point. The RX470 is the better performer. Period. So whether it's cricket, football, race driving or first person shooters, it will still outperform the others.

I'd agree. For 1080p the RX470 is still pretty strong. With a decent enough CPU, you can have good results at 1080p 60hz with bells and whistles on (graphically)
