Which one of these is better : zotac nvidia gtx 760 or zotac nvidia gtx 950 2gb Variant!!!

Hello.... the GTX 950 will have more up to date media, hardware, energy features and Directx12 too. B )
A LOW priced used GTX 760 is still a good well built card too buy for a upgrade... not as NEW priced one.
