CS:GO mostly requires CPU, trust me (fanboy for nearly 10 years in the Counter strike series). I have a 4/10 gpu and a 4/10 cpu. And I couldn't get over 60 fps on low settings full screen 1920x1080. But on tuesday I'll buy this beast of a computer

Counterstrike does not generally require very high specs so both should be able to run on low to medium settings maybe some high if things like shadows are on low. Here's the minimum specs required so you can work it out. If this solves your question please select it as best solution thanks. 🙂
