One of them is made for a SFF(small form factor) case and the other is normal. What are the dimensions of your PC case? Make and model?

I'd go for the Palit. MSI AB, Asus GPU Tweak v.*, EVGA PrecisionX OC and many other GPU monitors, including Palit's(Thundermaster) can OC that card squeezing out every last drop of performance it can offer. Cooling is very important when overclocking. I prefer MSI AB for OC'ing and making adjustment.

My case is the Corsair 570x.And probably i will pick the palit.I just want to know if palit's gpus are good (no problems)

Nice case. They aren't up there with EVGA, Asus, MSI and Gigabyte but they are an okay company. The turn-around time for my EVGA 970 was about a week. Palit's is at least twice that. They also have stipulations that make their RMA procedure sound complicated. I would choose MSI over them with all other things being equal, which they aren't in your question. . I prefer EVGA.

OK well I checked on hardware collaboration and overclocking specks. So unless You are manually going to overclock it .I will consider you to buy whichsoever one is the cheapest. Also if you are talking in terms of maximum productivity then I shall tell you that I dont use any software which the vendor provides.I go to the offical site like AMD OR NVIDIA Which in your case is NVIDIA and get my drivers and tweaks from there
