Which one should i buy?

My friend wants a graphic for his computer..
So which one of these he should buy :-
Budget :- equal or less than $100

first choice :- ZOTAC NVIDIA GT 730 2GB 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card

second choice :- Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 240 with Boost 1 GB DDR5 Graphics Card

Guide me through.

I would say saving up a bit more money and buy a r9 270x or r9 280.
IMO cheap cards under 100 dollars are not worth their price.
For 50 more dollars you got x3 the performance.

If you are on really tight budget then I will suggest GTX 650 or 650Ti. If you can afford then I will highly recommend 650Ti. See this: This is will give you your answer:

OMG!!! Best Deal Bro, Get that. Overclock it by 100-150MHz and you basically got the R9 270x. Best deal. it is better than 650Ti. Get that. You luck is good now.

2 GB DDR5 is always better. Some recent games needs 2 GB VRAM so get that 2 GB version. Good luck.
