Which one should i buy

No gpu

Other one 700 dollar

Both setup is unbalanced.
Intel build sure needs a graphics card.
Water cooling isnt nessesary needed.

Start with 8400 and a cheaper b360.
You can save a bunch on removing rgb psu and fans.

Antec case looks awesome

Both systems are pretty bad value for the money.
The first one lacks any gpu so no gaming on that and has a lot of money put into rgb.

The second one is using a lot of old parts and definatly not worth 700.
