Question Which one should I get: ROG Strix Z390-E Gaming vs MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon AC Wifi

Would like your opinion as to which board to get

I think the VRM is similar for both.
MSI has a front panel USB-C and an 8+4pin EPS port
STRIX board has slightly better audio codec? and only 8pin EPS.

Came from Gigabyte (Nightmare BIOS issues) so which brand has a better / more stable BIOS?

Worth paying more for the ROG Maximus?
