Which one should I pick HD9750 or the GTX 1050 ti ?

My specs are listed below,
i3 6100 @ 3.7 GHz
2 x 8GB Corsiar Vengeance DDR4 2400mhz
Mai Pro-VD h110-m Motherboard
Corsiar VS450 450 watt PSU
WD 160gb blue + WD 320gb blue hard disk
Circle CC821 Gaming cabinet with 3 fans
I want to ask that I should buy a hd 7950 or gtx 1050 ti in terms of performance?
And also would my PSU be enough to run the hd 7950 ?

Should be about the same. 1050Ti is obviously quite a bit newer.

Alternatively the RX470 would be a bit faster for not much more.

The 1050Ti no doubt.
New technology.
Better performance.
Runs even on cheap power supplies without any power connector.
The better option of course.

Don't get the HD7950. It's outdated anyway.
