Which One Should I Pick?

I was thinking of getting a gtx 760 or 770 but I don't know what I should pick. I am looking to play most games at ultra settings at 1080p at comfortable framerates, but if it means turning down MSAA and Filtering I'm not bothered. Also I don't care how much VRAM it has. Also I was wondering what wattage PSU I would need with all of my other things. Any answers or suggestions let me know! Thanks!

SPECS---
CPU - AMD 4300 3.5 - 4.0 Ghz (95w I think)
GPU - AMD 7750 1gb (I don't know why you would want to know that since I'm getting a new one XD)
OS - Windows 7 64bit
PSU - 500w
HDD - 160gb (don't judge me!)
Motherboard - GIGABYTE GA-78LMT
(I ALSO HAVE AN OPTICAL DRIVE)

Your CPU can bottleneck both cards!

Get FX-6300 and GTX-760, your other components will run this card, but if you want GTX-770 you should change your PSU to 600W

I was actually going to change my CPU to a 8350 anyway so its fine. Thank you

Then 770 with solid 600W PSU is good choice but if you are on budget than 760 is also not bad option!
