I had brought this new motherboard and the cpu recently, its a 4th gen intel g3220 assembled with gigabyte h81m-s1, I know that integrated intel graphics is slightly better compared to the ati radeon hd5450( but it is from my old pc and I kept it for further use ). everything was fine until i tried the new ubuntu 16.04 which doesn't support amd fglrx drivers. and the graphics performance was really bad compared to the previous ubuntu versions. But I wish to have dual-boot. So, should I remove the graphic card and use integrated graphics or the processor will have performance downgrade? What will be the best sollution to this?
Is there any way to use two graphics engine for the two operating system separately?

The Intel HD Graphics 4000 is a third-generation part, found in the Ivy Bridge Core series of chips (The 3000-series). Your Pentium G3220 has HD Graphics, slightly newer but also slightly weaker since that is the low end of the 4th generation lineup.

FGLRX is in the process of being replaced in Linux. In Ubuntu, do you know if it was running the open-source Radeon driver?

As far as I know, there's no way to select which graphic card is used on a particular operating system.
