Question Which one to pick 24 gb 2400 mhz or 16 gb 3200 mhz

Hey, i recently bought new 2x8 ram 3200 mhz and i was wondering do i sell the old 2x4 2400 mhz ram and just use 2x8 gb or do i use them both and have 24 gb ram at 2400 mhz, what are ur opinions,, what would be more effective

What tasks do you complete on your computer?

16GB is ample for most everyday tasks and gaming, so I'd probably just sell the 2x4GB sticks and in future if you need more RAM, buy another 2x8GB sticks @ 3200mhz.

If 2x8GB is enough, then use that.

Mixing different ram kits together may introduce issues. Also it will force your 3200mhz ram to run at 2400mhz.
