Question Which one would be better?

Which one among these would be better?

1. Asus TUF 1660
2. Galax 1660 1click OC

Only these cards are in my budget. Getting good price for my 1060 3gb so upgrading. I play at 900p so 1660 is more than enough. Will upgrade to 1080p in January.
Please don't suggest AMD cards. Had issues in the past with them.

Also the asus seems to have no heatpipes and cooling is little inferior.

But their cooling is inferior afaik. No heatpipes small heatsink.
