Not a lot of difference there with cooling. Both have small radial heatsink with no heatpipes. SC has slightly higher clock speeds though. But the Zotac can likely be overclocked to match it.

Yea I would say so. All you would need to do is install MSI Afterburner and go +51MHz on the core clock and it would be equal to the SC.
