which to go for? The last otion i liked but then i was thinking if i want to swap and put 2 ssd and use hdd as external storage...or something like that so im not that in last option...first option cost about 60$ full with ssd and external ssd is ~70$

Buy the transcend since it is USB 3.0 so you will get a bit faster data transfer with ssd. If you have ssds then buying a external drive is good option. If you have to purchase both then better to buy an external ssd.

It seems in your case you have two drive mount option so adding a 3rd ssd as linux is not possible and you have to remove the HDD for this reason. There is available ssd drive cage that can hold two ssds. Otherwise I think It will be better to buy a internal ssd and use HDD externally. If you have to use the linux drive frequently.

Last option, Partition the current SSD to accommodate linux and move some program to a newly created hdd partition and install windows and linux on same ssd different partition. Later when you have money buy a higher capacity drive and sell your old ssd.
