Which out of these two monitors are better?

I’m getting a PC soon and have narrowed down the monitor I’m getting to two different ones. The problem is, i don’t know what the difference is between them. The monitors are:

If someone can tell me which ones better and why it’d be much appreciated, thanks.

The top one has a DVI connector which the other lacks. You are unlikely to need unless you have an older PC.
The bottom one has free-sync which will be handy if you opt for an AMD video card.

They otherwise are too close to call. So if those features don't matter to you, get the cheap one.
