Question Which parts of my PC do I need to upgrade for lower input latency ?

I play Marvel Rivals a lot and I stream to Twitch + TikTok, and the input latency is high, but I feel like it’s because my PC needs upgrades.

I have:

Motherboard: MAG B550 Tomahawk max wifi (use Ethernet tho)

GPU: RTX 3070 8gb

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x 8-core processor 8/16

PSU: 850W

RAM: 32GB DDR4

I can afford to upgrade the ram to ddr5 and cpu but idk what motherboard to pick that gives me my bang for my buck, bc I know am5 and I think ddr5 needs an upgraded motherboard too. I think I can afford a gpu upgrade, but I’m on an ok-ish budget.

So what should I upgrade on this?

850W is the advertised wattage of the unit, what is the make and model of your PSU and it's age?

1440p, I get about 90 frames at intense situation, but around 120 when it’s not chaotic. i have it locked to 180 tho bc my monitors set to that. I think the issue spreads across every game but is far more noticeable in rivals

The choice of CPU and display/monitor play the largest role in determining what input lag is going to be like.
As the resolution increases, the GPU becomes more important.
Avoid using vsync and triple buffering and be sure you're using g-sync correctly.
