Which PC build is better ?

Pentium G4400 + crucial DDR4 4GB 2100Mhz + Gigabyte h110m-s2 mobo

or

A8 7600 + crucial ddr3 1600Mhz + asus a68hm-k

Better for what?

The A8 combo has a stronger integrated graphics and would be faster in a few heavily threaded tasks, but the G4400 combo is faster most of the time and has a far greater upgrade path.

if your looking to play games i would say, try to save a little more money before committing to a build. an extra 150-250 would get you way more performance for the outlay.
