Which Pc build would be better for Gaming?

Well the title says everything.This is gonna be my first time ever building a pc/choosing its parts.
I am thorn between two decision
For my build should i go for a ryzen 5 1600x and a gtx 1080 or a Ryzen 7 2700x and a GTX1070 ti?
For my build i am mainly gaming and i might stream time to time
Please replies fast i am gonna be buying the parts soon

You should get the second option because the ryzen 7 2700x is much better then the ryzen 5 1600x and the gtx1070ti isnt too far from gtx1080

So you are saying that the gpu has not much difference but the cpu difference is alot and can make a huge difference in gaming?

gpu has a difference but im saying there's not a huge difference between the gtx1070ti and the gtx1080
and about your psu question silverstone are making good psus
